As an investor-friendly broker, she is dedicated to helping her clients find the perfect Colorado property for their needs; assisting with buying, selling and leasing owner-occupied and investment properties in Denver and the surrounding area.

"As a sommelier and commercial broker, I enjoy weaving the lifestyle and enjoyment of wine into the work I do for my clients," Montana said. Montana grew up in the Colorado Rockies with a real estate attorney for a father and a budding passion for the industry. She went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in interior design with a focus on restaurant design from the Art Institute of Colorado.

After working in architecture and design as a draftsperson, designer and project manager, Montana delved into the world of fine wine and spirits, working in wine sales and serving as Director of Marketing for one of Colorado's premier wine distributors for nearly a decade.

Today, Montana combines her experience in design, sales and service with her data-driven approach to market and investment analysis. Her practice is backed by the support, mentorship and education she receives at her employing brokerage, Beacon Real Estate Services.
