The construction boom continues in Downtown Denver with 3000 Huron, a 354,000-SF multifamily midrise that will bring 302 new units to the area.
Developer CA Ventures partnered with general contractor Brinkmann Constructors last summer to begin abatement and started construction in October 2021.
The project, which includes 370 beds and 229 parking spaces, will add much-needed living space to the growing Downtown vicinity.
“Three years and a pandemic later it is so exciting to see this dream rise behind the scoreboard of Coors Field. This project was on life support several times, but thanks to the perseverance of the Brinkmann/CA Ventures team, the building is now a reality," said Erick Hartzell, Brinkmann Constructors project director.
Other project partners include architect, Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects, LLC; civil engineers, Harris Kocher Smith and Suntec Concrete.
The project is scheduled for completion in January 2024.
