Tutera Group will launch $65M Northland senior living project

Tutera breaks ground on this new $65 million senior living community in the Northland on Wednesday.

Wednesday morning, Tutera Senior Living & Health Care will break ground on a new $65 million senior living community in the Northland. Located at 9191 N. Ambassador Drive near St. Luke's North Hospital, the Tiffany Springs Senior Community is a 14-acre luxury development consisting of more than 300 residential units and 300,000 square feet of senior living space.

According to Tutera, the project "exemplifies the highest standards in senior living and wellness design," fearing apartments with modern amenities, large windows, and vaulted ceilings. It will offer a full spectrum of health care services (independent living, rehabilitation and memory care), as well as a rehabilitation center with the latest therapy equipment, 60-foot glass walls, and spa services.

The community consists of four "neighborhoods" surrounding an interior courtyard. It's scheduled to debut in summer of 2017. The project team includes studioSIX5, NSPJ Architects, Lutjen Inc., and Luke Draily Construction Co. A ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m.
