UMKC Whole Foods Market on track for spring completion
The new 45,000-square foot Whole Foods Market near the UMKC campus is on schedule to open in the spring of 2018, according to project developer VanTrust Real Estate.
The project's general contractor is Kansas City-based Luke Draily Construction Co. CSHQA is the architect designing tenant improvements.
The urban-style market is part of a larger redevelopment project near the UMKC campus that includes luxury apartments, a parking garage, and a UMKC Counseling, Health and Testing Center. Stay tuned to MetroWireMedia.com for additional project updates!
Tutera Group will launch $65M Northland senior living project
Wednesday morning, Tutera Senior Living & Health Care will break ground on a new $65 million senior living community in the Northland. Located at 9191 N. Ambassador Drive near St. Luke's North Hospital, the Tiffany Springs Senior Community is a 14-acre luxury development consisting of more than 300 residential units and 300,000 square feet of senior living space.
