Colliers International takes home the deal of the week with the sale of an industrial building in Parsons, Kan., and Kansas City, Kan. STAG Parsons LLC sold its 120,000-square-foot industrial building, 1900 Wilson Avenue in Parsons, Kan., and another 56,580-square-foot industrial building at 636 S. 66th Terrace in Kansas City, Kan., to Legacy Capital Partners. John Stafford represented the seller, while Joe Orscheln of CBRE represented the buyer.
