The owner of four local shopping center gems has a new manager. First Washington Realty has tapped Michelle Pitsenberger to oversee all operations at Brookside Shopping Center, Fairway Shops, Corinth Square, and Village Shops.
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Pitsenberger most recently managed real estate service delivery for more than 1,000 Sprint retail locations. She serves on the board of directors for the Dream Factory of Kansas City and is a United Way Leadership Giver and a member of the Young Leaders Society. She also volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City and Harvesters Community Food Network.
