Eagle Rock Distributing Company, which secured approval to establish its presence in Monument, Colo. in 2022, is currently under construction with plans to complete its state-of-the-art facility this summer.
The impressive 260,975-SF building features a two-story, finished office space spanning approximately 22,650 SF, along with 209,175 SF of controlled environment warehouse space. Additionally, the facility will house a 30,745-SF keg cooler, loading docks, and an event hosting area on each floor, complemented by outdoor patio spaces.

Eagle Rock specializes in the distribution of alcoholic beverages, catering to markets in Northwest and Central Georgia as well as Colorado. The company prides itself on offering a wide selection of premium, craft, and imported beers, wines, spirits, liquors, and other related beverages to its discerning customers.
Collaborating closely with Eagle Rock on this project are key partners including general contractor Murray & Stafford Inc., architecture firm Ware Malcomb, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) firm RTM Engineering Consultants. Together, these entities are working diligently to bring this innovative facility to fruition, marking a significant milestone for Eagle Rock's operations in Monument.
The Monument location for the Eagle Rock Distributing Co. is expected to bring 100-plus jobs to the facility, paying an average annual salary of $73,000.
