Michael VanBuskirk and Chris Robertson of NGZ negotiated the acquisition of the 100,396-square-foot Southwest Plaza Shopping Center in Olathe. VanBuskirk and Robertson represented the buyer, BBG Southwest LLC. Newmark Grubb Zimmer’s Parker Webb, Victor Cascio, and Justin Beal represented the seller, St. Louis-based investment entity Southwest Plaza I LLC.
This transaction represents a portion of the $74.1 million and 1.49+ million square feet of investment assets that the capital markets team has closed or recently placed under contract throughout Missouri and Kansas.
