Copaken Brooks markets Shawnee Mission at BluHawk

Shawnee Mission Health - Overland Park will offer specialty services, a women's imaging center, primary care, and physical therapy at its new BluHawk location.

A team of brokers at Copaken Brooks have been tasked with marketing a new medical office building at the up-and-coming BluHawk, a mixed-use development at 159th Street and Antioch Road.

Led by Molly Crawford, Copaken Brooks will begin marketing available spaces ranging from 1,500 to 20,300 square feet. The Shawnee Mission Health - Overland Park building is three stories tall and measures 75,000 square feet. The facility will serve the southern Johnson County market, providing a variety of specialties. It will include a women’s imaging center, primary care, and physical therapy.

“This is a very exciting project for us,” Crawford said. “It is an incredible new facility and we are proud to represent SMH - Overland Park and support their expansion into a growing community to provide area residents better access to quality health care.”

The building is expected to be ready for occupancy this spring.
