In early 2025 Aspire Apartments will mark the 22nd community developed, designed and constructed by the formidable trio of NorthPoint Development, NSPJ Architects and Neighbors Construction Company.
The $60 million project is a Phase III multifamily community following the success of Phase II: Prairie View at Village West (2016), and Phase I: Village West Apartments (2014). The first phases were the very first residential communities to be built near the Kansas Speedway, and by meeting pent-up market demand, both communities experienced record-breaking lease-ups.
Nestled in an entertainment district, Aspire Apartments stands out with its modern minimalist design, crafted by NSPJ Architects. The high-density multifamily community comprises four buildings, including a large clubhouse, and boasts 324 luxurious units spanning over 417,065 SF. With a sleek aesthetic and an array of top-notch amenities, Aspire is set to redefine the concept of sophisticated living.
Highlights of the community’s interior amenities include a social gathering hall, media lounge, podcast recording studio, private conference room, an oversized fitness center featuring a yoga and spin studio, study pods and a unique slide that offers an exhilarating ride down from the second floor. Additionally, residents can indulge in the luxurious botox med spa lounge.
Outdoor amenities include a heated pool with private cabanas, a custom poolside grilling station, a pickleball court, a fire pit and a dedicated dog park for residents' pets. Lush landscaping surrounding these features will provide a relaxing atmosphere for residents and guests alike.

Earthwork and utility work began in September 2022. Neighbors Construction Company is anticipated to deliver the clubhouse and first units in the summer of 2024 with project completion expected in early 2025.
“We have had a productive start to the project by taking advantage of the mild winter. All of the earthwork and utilities are nearly complete, and we have started concrete ahead of spring,” said Aaron Neighbors, Neighbors Construction vice president and superintendent on the project. “It gives our team great pride to come back to build Phase III."
Other project partners include Olsson, Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting, Bob D. Campbell & Company, Latimer Sommers & Associates, CFS Engineers, Lowery Design Group and Arch Photo KC.
