Ryan Companies US, Inc., in partnership with Surgery Partners and Advanced Bone & Joint, will bring all major orthopedic and ancillary services for Northwest Missouri under one roof with the development, design and construction of St. Peters Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building.
The multi-specialty facility broke ground last Friday, March 11. Located at 5200 Executive Centre Pkwy, the 46,000-SF building is 100 percent pre-leased and located just a half mile from Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital.
“This facility is helping to meet the community’s need for outpatient healthcare services in St. Peters,” said Connor Lewis, vice president of healthcare development, Ryan Companies. “This location has great access to Interstate 70 and with its proximity to the hospital’s main campus, it’s highly convenient for the residents of this area.”
St. Peters Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building provides a variety of outpatient care options to patients including a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, orthopedic clinic, imaging center and a physical therapy clinic—all under one roof.
“In moving to this new facility, we are very excited to offer expanded orthopedic services to our patients in partnership with our neighbors within the building,” said Advanced Bone & Joint CEO, Jim Kidd. “The design of the building will allow patients easy and centralized access to a variety of services across orthopedics and supporting services all in the same location.”
Ryan Architecture + Engineering designed the building with a focus on flow, connectivity and ease of access. The building will feature a welcoming common space with ample daylighting within the lobby, corridors and patient areas. Ryan Companies is also developing and building the facility, which is estimated to be complete by March 2022.
This is Ryan Companies’ second project in St. Peters and sixth project in partnership with Surgery Partners.
Clarendale of St. Peters opened in 2020 at the southeast corner of Mexico Road and Dubray Drive, just south of Mid Rivers Mall. This was the first Clarendale senior living community in the St. Louis region.
