A national 3PL provider is entering the Kansas City market.
Spartan Logistics has 3.22 million square feet of space nationwide, mostly in Ohio. Now the company is making its way into Kansas City with a lease to fully occupy an industrial warehouse facility at 4700 Deramus Ave. in Kansas City, Mo.
The 121,500-square-foot building sits on 10 acres. Since 1983, Prime Investments has owned the building, which has been home to companies including Watts, CEVA Logistics, and Medline Industries.
