Ryan Companies US, Inc., in collaboration with EPC Real Estate Group, has kicked off construction of The OsLo, a four-story luxury multifamily community in Overland Park, Kan.
The 550,000-SF architectural gem comprises 413 upscale apartments, expansive green spaces, and a high-tech clubhouse.
The property goes beyond luxury, emphasizing residents' well-being. Inspired by Scandinavian design, it features a spa, yoga studio, golf simulator, and sound studio. High-speed wireless connectivity and co-working spaces cater to remote workers. Outdoor spaces offer a resort-style pool, park-like areas, walking trails, a picturesque pond, and a dog park.
Situated at the intersection of 135th Street and Antioch Road, The OsLo is conveniently located near retailers, restaurants, entertainment, public transit, and recreational sites, including the Tomahawk Creek Trail and the Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex.
Ryan Companies is the driving force behind the project, undertaking roles as developer, builder, and capital markets partner. Collaborators include NSPJ Architects (architect of record), Olsson (civil engineering), Lankford & Associates (MEP engineering), and Bob D. Campbell (structural engineering). Construction financing is provided by Security Bank.
The OsLo is aiming for completion by late 2025. Ryan Companies' commitment to the Kansas City market continues with The OsLo, following the recent completion of Urbane at The Glade and ongoing work on Park 39, set to be ready for occupancy in early 2024.
