7940 Marshall Drive is under new ownership, thanks to a few Cushman & Wakefield brokers.
Brokers from Cushman & Wakefield's Kansas City office have closed on the sale of an office building in Johnson County.
The 34,759-square-foot building is located at 7940 Marshall Drive in Lenexa, Kan. It includes about 6,000 square feet of warehouse space and boasts 12-foot ceiling heights as well as ample surface parking, two dock high and two drive-in loading doors.
Jeff Winters and Travis Helgeson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Joe Accurso, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the buyer.
The property was listed at $2.95 million.
