John Stafford, Tom Haverty and Ed Elder of Colliers represented ECM Real Estate Holdings LLC in its sale of a 142,308-square-foot industrial building located at 2305 W. 84th Street in Shawnee, Kan. The buyer, Shawnee Logistics Centre LLC, was not represented.
