A pair of local CBRE brokers take home the deal of the week with one of the largest office deals so far this year in Kansas City.
Bob Fagan and Brent Roberts represented Sprint Corp. in its renewal lease of a 121,817-square-foot space to Apria Healthcare. Located at 6050 Sprint Parkway on the Sprint World Headquarters Campus, Apria was the first tenant to sign a lease on the campus in 2009.
The company is one of the nation’s leading providers of home respiratory services and certain medical equipment. Apria owns and operates more than 375 locations throughout the U.S. and serves more than 1.2 million patients each year.
