Block & Company Inc. Realtors recently sold the 5,946-square-foot Stroud’s Restaurant in Fairway. Located at 4200 Shawnee Mission Parkway, the restaurant will continue to operate as a Stroud’s Restaurant under new ownership.
The property was sold for an undisclosed amount. David Block negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, Redbarry-Fairway LLC. Block & Company Inc. Realtors had been the long time property management and leasing company for the property.
