In partnership with the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association, Block & Company Inc. Realtors recently unveiled the latest recipient of its annual James H. Block scholarship, named after the legendary restaurant brokerage/development guru. The $4,000 scholarship is awarded to promising students specializing in the restaurant/food service industry who are enrolled in the Hospitality Program at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kan. The scholarship was presented to Rateb Aburas.
